4. Refund Policy for Services

Our legal consultation services are delivered by licensed experts and involve personalized advice based on your unique circumstances. Given the nature of professional guidance, refunds are generally not provided once the consultation process has started.

However, should you find that a scheduled consultation cannot be attended, you may request to reschedule by contacting our support team. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Refunds will only be considered in cases where we fail to provide the agreed service or in exceptional circumstances, with the decision made at the sole discretion of RealtyLawWay.

RealtyLawWay may offer digital educational materials related to real estate law. Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of these infoproducts are final. No refunds or platform will be issued once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

6. Physical Goods

In the event RealtyLawWay offers physical goods, such items are subject to inspection upon delivery. Returns or platform can be accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided that the goods are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Refunds for returned goods will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after receipt of the returned items.
